It seemed unnecessary to install a washing machine in each studio for use once or twice a week. It takes up space, not to mention the laundry smell. We therefore opened a room next to the building which serves as a laundry room. Washing machine, laundry and drying rack are at your disposal and we are always available to help you operate the washing machine properly.

Absolutely, from sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the pool and the beach.

Water, electricity and wifi are included in the rental as well as access to the swimming pool, the beach and the laundry room for washing and drying your laundry. Bath and beach towels, sheets (changed weekly)

It depends on the time of year, holiday seasons and length of stay.
Thus our prices vary from 55€ per studio for 1 night to 28€ per day for a period of one month for example.
This price includes: electricity, water, air conditioning, wifi, access to the swimming pool and the beach, as well as bathroom and pool/beach towels.
Pets are not allowed inside the studios. -
The studios are suitable for 2 people. However, there is a sofa bed (not a bed) which can accommodate 1 additional adult or 2 children under 12 years old. A supplement of 5€ per night is requested for additional people.

No, of course. Out of respect for future guests and as a security measure, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the studio, but on the balcony or terrace, no problem.
For smokers, please throw your cigarette butts in the ashtray, not in the green spaces.
